This privacy notice has been prepared by the data controller Tuğra Koruma ve Güvenlik Hizmetleri A.Ş. pursuant to Article 10 of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK).
Data processed and purposes
Name, phone, email and company details you share in quote and contact forms are processed to prepare quotes, conclude contracts and perform the service. In job applications, identity, CV, education, health report, criminal record and security officer ID card details are processed for recruitment and to meet obligations arising from legislation.
Transfers
Data may be transferred only to the extent the service requires to authorised public bodies (e.g. law enforcement and private security supervisory units), training institutions, insurers and our service providers.
Retention
Application documents are kept for at most two years after the application is concluded; contract and personnel records are kept for the periods set by the relevant legislation.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of KVKK you may ask whether your data is processed, request correction or deletion, object and claim compensation for damage. Send applications to kvkk@tugrakoruma.com.tr.
