Tuğra was founded in Ankara in 2009 and today serves all of Turkey through eight regional offices and a 24/7 control room. Our staff go through security vetting, basic training and site induction from recruitment, and performance is reported monthly.

We have worked with the same team structure for seven years. Thanks to the monthly reports we analysed the causes of car-park incidents and took lasting measures.
Our night-time theft incidents fell to a third. What I value most is that when there is a problem the supervisor on site, not just a sales rep, gets back to us at once.
Approaching patients' relatives matters greatly. The officers' calm and courteous communication has noticeably reduced tension in the emergency room.
