Are you licensed as a private security company?
Yes. We hold an operating licence under Law No. 5188. You can see our current documents on the Licences and Certificates page.
What do you need for a quote?
The facility type, number of posts, shift pattern and need for armed duty are enough. The site survey is free and a written quote is provided within 24-48 hours.
How is the head count calculated?
Covering a post 24/7 takes about 4.4 people including leave, sick days and rest days. Our calculator shows the head count for each shift pattern.
What if an officer is absent?
Thanks to our relief pool a post never stays empty. The arrival time of relief staff at site is written into the contract.
What do I need to do to hire armed officers?
A risk analysis comes first, followed by a permit application to the competent authorities. Armed duty does not start before the permit is issued. We manage the process together.
How are your staff's rights guaranteed?
Wages are paid on time and social security premiums in full. Clients can inspect payroll and social security payment documents whenever they wish.
How are prices updated after a minimum wage increase?
The contract contains a transparent cost formula; changes in minimum wage and taxes are reflected according to it. No hidden items apply.
How late can I apply for an event?
For large events we recommend starting 4-6 weeks ahead. For small gatherings 7-10 days may be enough, and we also consider urgent requests.
Which documents should I upload in a job application?
A CV is required. A security officer ID card, criminal record certificate and health report speed up the application.
