The four-day fair hosted 62,000 visitors and 1,400 exhibitor staff safely. In planning that began six weeks before the event, X-ray and accreditation at the entrances, hall traffic and emergency exits were defined.
Operation
- 220 officers, 14 supervisors, 3 control points
- An eight-person protection team in the VIP lounge
- No serious incidents and 11 first aid responses
After the event a report with incident analysis, entrance flow data and improvement suggestions was presented to management.
